Last week your were tasked with adding some daily positive self talk to your week! I hope you tried this and found it to be a positive way to start your morning. Did you notice when you were giving others compliments that you too felt good! Some times it takes a little extra effort to compliment a complete strangers but if you did, you probably made that persons day (an added benefit). The second task was adding exercise to your week based on your current physical activity
